It sits in your kitchen, quietly guzzling energy regardless of whether your property is currently rented. Your refrigerator uses a considerable amount of energy, especially if it is an older model.

All of the refrigerators available through AWHR’s lease program are ENERGY STAR® rated, which means that they are required to use at least 20% less energy than a non-rated version.

Considering that this is one appliance that never sleeps, upgrading to a newer model often makes sense. Avoid the up-front cost of purchase and installation, plus the inconvenience of repair, by enrolling in AWHR’s lease program. Please note that the refrigerator rental is built into one of two convenient packages; a range and refrigerator bundle or a washer/dryer and refrigerator product combination.
